書信是日常生活中廣泛應用的一種文體。它是一種特殊的實用文

英文書信的格式：

1、信頭：指發信人的地址和日期。寫在信紙的右上角，可以從靠

近信紙的中央寫起。信頭上面要留空白。先寫發信人地址。地址的寫

法與漢語不同，要先寫小地方，后寫大地方。在地址的下面寫上日期。

日期的順序是：月、日、年，或者：日、月、年。。在年份之前有一

個逗號。

2、稱呼：指對收信人的稱呼。寫在信頭之下，從信紙的左邊開始。

3、信的正文：指信的主體部分。從稱呼的下一行第一段頂邊寫。

從第二段起每段第一個詞都縮進3或5個字母寫。

4、結束語：指正文下面的結尾客套話。一般從信紙的中央靠右寫

起，第一個字母大寫，末尾用一逗號。

5、簽名：指發信人簽名。寫在結束語的下面，稍偏右。

另外，英文信封寫法與漢語的不同。一般把收信人的地址寫在信

封的中央或偏右下角。第一行寫姓名，下面寫地址。發信人的姓名和

地址寫在信封的左上角，也可以寫在信的背面。
