改變世界的機器第一章讀后感英語

"The Machine That Changed the World",taking the automobile

industry as an example,introduced the emergence and

development of lean production method for the first

time,predicting that lean production method will have a

profound impact on the world's political and economic

this,I understand the origin of lean

production,the elements of lean production and the diffusion

of lean production.

What I feel deeply is the elements of lean

the face of the crisis of overcapacity in the world economy,it

puts forward that the real surplus is the uncompetitive mass

production capacity,while the competitive lean production

capacity is riously refreshing conclusion has

shocked not only the world industrial community but also the

world economic book focus on how to apply lean

production in every aspect of practical the

method in factory operation,product development,coordination

of collaborative system,ur relationship and other

aspects,and how the whole lean enterpri

production means not in the narrow n of"production"in the

asmbly line,it is a system,permeated into every link of the

whole starts with product design and then extends

to urs far beyond the lean production method

makes the whole company become a stimulates the

initiative,creativity and responsibility of employees through

the lifetime employment the asmbly line,it

emphasizes the"timely treatment of problems",and every worker

can stop the asmbly line to prevent the repair of cars before

they leave the bile is an extremely complex

joint efforts of a considerable number of people with very

different professional skills.

深遠影響。我從中明白了精益生產方式的由來,精益生產方式的要素

和精益生產方式的擴散這三部分內容。

感受頗深的還是精益生產方式的要素這部分。面對世界經濟廣泛

出現的生產能力過剩的危機，它提出：真正過剩的是缺乏競爭力的大

量生產方式的生產能力，而具有競爭力的精益生產方式的生產能力是

嚴重缺乏的。這一令人耳目一新的結論，不僅使世界工業界而且使世

界經濟界都為之一振。它使人們在不斷變化這本書里著重介紹了如何

具體地在實際工作的各個環節應用精益生產方式。從這部分的敘述中

明白了精益生產方式在工廠經營、產品開發、協作系統的協調、用戶

關系等方面，以及整個精益企業是如何工作的。精益生產方式不是狹

義地指在流水線上的“生產”，它是一個系統，滲透到整個過程的每

一個環節。從產品設計開始，然后延伸到遠遠超出工廠范圍之外的用

戶。精益生產方式使整個公司變成一個社團，通過終身雇傭制激發員

工的主動性、創造力與責任感，在組裝線上強調“有問題及時處理”，

每個工人都可以讓組裝線停下來，以杜絕汽車出廠前的返修；汽車是

一種及其復雜的產品，其開發和工程設計需要經過數量可觀而專業技

能極不相通的人員共同努力。
