我公司與 貴公司因 物料制作 事項合作，簽訂廣州MO營運處20xx

company in the event that any action of soliciting or attempt of solicit bribes or

bribery from any of T company’s staff and/or relatives, friends or any other third

若我公司違反以上承諾，則我公司：

I、 同意 貴公司解除貴我雙方的主合同，由此造成的損失概由我公司

完全擔當及賠償，同時我公司承諾按主合同標的總金額的50%向 貴公司支

付違約金;
