My Holiday Life During the Spring Festival in Seventh Grade

The Spring Festival, also known as the Chine New Year, is the most important holiday

in China. During this festive time, families come together to celebrate, exchange

gifts, and enjoy a reunion dinner. As a venth-grader, my Spring Festival holiday

was filled with joy, excitement, and valuable experiences.

Before the festival, my family and I made preparations for the big day. We cleaned

our hou, decorated it with red paper cutouts and couplets, and bought new clothes

and gifts for family members. The entire hou was filled with the scent of incen

and the sound of laughter and conversations.

On the eve of the Spring Festival, we had a reunion dinner with extended family

members. The table was laden with delicious dishes, symbolizing prosperity and good

luck. Everyone was dresd in their new clothes, and the atmosphere was filled with

warmth and happiness. After dinner, we watched the Spring Festival Gala on TV, which

featured a variety of performances and comedies that kept us entertained throughout

the night.

During the festival, I also had the opportunity to visit relatives and friends. We

exchanged greetings, wished each other a prosperous New Year, and gave red envelopes

as gifts. Visiting relatives was always a highlight of my holiday, as I was able

to catch up with my cousins and play games and watch movies together.

Besides family gatherings, I also spent some time doing homework and preparing for

the new mester. I understood the importance of balancing fun and responsibilities

during the holidays.

Overall, my Spring Festival holiday was a blend of tradition, family, and fun. It
