“民以食為天”，這說(shuō)明食品對(duì)于我們來(lái)說(shuō)是多么的重

要!不過(guò)，你在飲食過(guò)程中有沒(méi)有注意飲食衛(wèi)生呢?如果你不

注意，衛(wèi)生就可能因?yàn)橐稽c(diǎn)兒小小的疏忽而丟失寶貴的生

命。

雖然我還是一個(gè)小學(xué)生，可我懂得的關(guān)于食品安全的知

識(shí)可不少呢!比如說(shuō)不能在小攤上買東西、不能在沒(méi)有衛(wèi)生

許可證的餐廳吃飯、不能吃過(guò)期、變質(zhì)、“三無(wú)”食品、不

能吃未煮熟的東西等等。我還知道在購(gòu)買小食品時(shí)，注重查

看以下幾個(gè)方面情況：一是要選擇信譽(yù)好、質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定的知名

品牌;二是要注意查看產(chǎn)品包裝上的廠名、廠址、食品生產(chǎn)

日期和保質(zhì)期，拒絕購(gòu)買“三無(wú)”產(chǎn)品;三是檢查食品和合

格、所含的營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分、色澤新鮮程度;四是注意質(zhì)價(jià)相符，

對(duì)超低價(jià)格的小食品不要購(gòu)買;五是注重檢查該食品的食品

商標(biāo)標(biāo)志等等。

大家看吧，我們吃食物時(shí)一定要選擇好的食物，否則就

有可能給我們帶來(lái)生命危險(xiǎn)。
