光棍節(jié)的來歷，一直是個迷，有各種各樣的猜測和說法。但是，其實那些流傳都是錯誤的。光棍節(jié)真正的來歷，知道的人非常少。
光棍節(jié)的由來一：神話篇
據(jù)說這個節(jié)起源于800多年前，也就是1111年11月11日，那天光棍達到和創(chuàng)紀錄的8條。
其實，設立這個節(jié)是上帝的意思。耶穌誕生那天，也就是公元1年1月1日，第一個光棍誕生了(耶穌到底是不是光棍啊)。此后每年的這一天都成為一些光棍紀念的日子，可是真正成為節(jié)日，則是1000多年以后的1111年11月11日。其實，說耶穌是第一光棍，并不是說在他之前這個世界上不存在光棍。那樣的話，當時的這個世界豈不成了人間樂土了嗎?那上帝也就不用派耶穌來拯救人類了。只不過耶穌成了最有名的光棍。

Over 200,000 people participated in the discussion, posting pictures of their roommates (and sometimes themlves) in hopes of avoiding another lonely Singles' Day.
