成細(xì)粉，曬干。這就是做“紅桃法粿”的主料。掃舍要選擇吉日，是

一件不尋常的事。是日，各家主婦最忙，把屋子的里里外外打掃干凈，

對一些長年少用之物都要清洗。

十二月二十四日，就是傳說中的“神上天”之期。是日，家家戶

戶都要拜“糖桃”。一方紅紙，上面用軟糖擺成一粒桃子的形態(tài)，成

為“糖桃”。此物沾住“杜王爺”的嘴，讓其“上天說好話，落地保

平安”。過年還要拜“老爺”，也就是祭神。祭神的祭品有三樣：
