　　I want the future to be better than the past. I don’t want it contaminated by the mistakes and errors with which history is filled. We should all be concerned about the future becau that is where we will spend the remainder of our lives.

　　我們是怎樣的一代，我們在經歷著怎樣的青春，又在怎樣的對待時間，不可否認，我們還有年輕的資本，在經歷現實的初創，走在了一條考研的路上?

　　站在路的前端，遠遠考研的汽笛已經鳴響，考研的風帆已經啟航，作為新一輪的考研人我們把目標對準遠方。漫漫長路定是荊棘密布，坎坷征途必將困難重重，沒有人知道有多少挑戰與考驗，沒有人知道有多少挫折與磨練。只有經歷了才知道路途的艱辛，只要走過了才知道自己的堅強，而要想走到最后我們必須堅定信念，必須擁抱夢想。

　　這個沒有硝煙的戰場，相信勤能補拙，卻只有堅持才能勝利，而笑到最后的才會笑的最好。沒有人在開始時就愿意接受失敗，沒有人在理想中不愿自己堅強，但這條路上必將會有很多人停止了，倒下了，到達終點的勇士只是少數。或許這就是現實，也是差距，誰能不畏路上的荊棘密布，誰能不怕途中的狂風暴雨，誰能抵住一路上的種種誘惑，誰又能忍受漫漫長路的孤獨與寂寞，形形色色人生，習慣這樣的方式嗎，或許別無選擇，不悔是自己的信念，選擇了就要勇敢的走到底。

　　研途觀景，我們不會平靜，或許無法想象前方的道路還有多遠，在想象中也無法體會到所謂的困難有多難，所謂的堅持有多不易，只有現實告訴了我們一切，一切也我們更加了解了自己。平

　　靜思考，面對初期選擇時的困惑與迷茫，面對暑期復習時的炎熱和煩躁，面對著無數學子報名的壓力與恐懼，面對著很多人找工作賺錢時的誘惑和反思，面對著永遠復習不完的文字和題海，面對著考場失利的擔憂和緊張，面對著客觀存在的紛繁復雜的一切，你又作何感想，內心深處的自信與驕傲在這一刻爆發，我們才會清楚自己究竟有多強大。

　　很少有人能輕松的說一句無所謂而一笑而過，我們兼凡人，走著凡人路，所以不可能一下子變得如此超然與灑脫。考研，讓我們都在這種平凡的生活中體會著不凡的經歷，領略著不凡的風景。

　　在這樣的一條路上，或驚喜或失望，也許你不會知道下一個阻礙會來自什么地方，內心在空洞中也會產生或多或少的遐想，無盡的擔憂也讓問題成倍的擴大，變成沉重的負擔。問題永遠是越解決越少而越拖延越多。我想每個人不需要企盼一帆風順、一切如意，不需要企圖遇到問題都能輕易解決，因為現實的磨礪總會出現，只是當它出現時，能以飽滿的斗志來想辦法克服，不要逃避，困難也讓我們承認自己會遇到問題，承認有很多問題自己很難輕易解決，這也是我們要認識到的一點。

　　青春是人生的最美財富，縱觀整個人生，漫漫長路且是一個過程，一點一滴都是積累。考研是當前的一件大事，但畢竟又只是生命過程中的一段征程。它的確很重要，但卻決非全部。所以我們要對人生有一個清晰的認識，對考研有一個清醒的衡量。失敗會影響你的心情，學著重視它但不要太在意，沉浸其中的陰影，戰勝它不要太清高，學著品味這份艱辛，贊美這段旅途。

　　明天太陽依舊會照耀你的床前，面對人生的每一天，都可以看作是新的起點，每一刻都可以作為新的開始，所以認真走好每一步，過好每一天。對于考研，我們放眼未來而不要拘束在現在，也許我們會走錯一步，但不要停止前行的腳步，把握正確的人生方向，我們就會離目標越來越近。

　　以前從未碰過電腦，甚至26個英文字母都不認識，47歲農村婦女陳芳應卻利用在南城一家英語教育培訓機構工作之余的時間，堅持每天自學英語。一年多下來，她的詞匯量接近1500個，英語能力達到初級水平(相當于通過大學英語4級)，并能夠與外教流利地交流。

　　陳芳應來自安徽省桐城農村，今年47歲，文化程度只有初一的水平。20xx年6月前一直在老家打零工的陳芳應第一次和丈夫、兒子一起來東莞找工作，但由于年齡過大屢屢遭拒。后來通過人才市場找到在英語教育培訓機構做清潔的工作，這份工作要求并不低。據該機構的負責人稂輝介紹，中心有一個要求，為了保持中心良好的英語學習氛圍，中心要求員工在公共區域盡量講英語。為了保住工作，陳芳應不得不學起英語來。

　　20xx年9月底，培訓中心給了陳芳應一個內部網站的學習賬號，允許她在做完本職工作之后上網站學習英語。陳芳應很開心，但她那時根本不會使用電腦。但她慢慢摸索，學會了靈活使用鍵盤與上網。自此，陳芳應開始正式學習英語的生涯。她從音標與字母的讀音，漸漸到學習句子、段落、文章。

　　雖然熱情很足，但陳芳應的學習時間非常短，通常只有中午與傍晚休息時的各1個小時，“為節省時間，我吃飯的速度很快”。在晚上9點下班后，陳芳應還會自覺加班學習到9點半過后。

　　一次，晚上10點半過后，陳芳應還未回家，她的丈夫打電話給她，才知道她又在自學英語，于是就有些責怪她，“你都這么大的年紀了，學習英語還有什么用”。

　　陳芳應反駁道，“你兒子以后娶媳婦，若會面對兩種婆婆，一種是勤快努力上進的婆婆；一種是飯后把碗一推，就去打麻將的婆婆，你覺得他會喜歡哪一種。而且我學英語以后還可以教孫子”。慢慢地，她的丈夫對她學英語也不再反對了。

　　陳芳應的筆記本上，用黑色與紅色筆寫得滿滿的，還標注日期與英語水平等級。據稂輝介紹，該中心的英語水平分為16個等級，目前陳芳應已達到了第6級，也就是初級水平，這相當于大學英語四級的水平。中心一位叫Justin的外教與陳芳應用英語對話后評價說：“她的發音比較標準，也比較勤學好問。”

　　曾有一位老板得知陳芳應的情況后，決定高薪聘請她過去做保姆。“工資比現在要高，但我拒絕了。”陳芳應稱，通過這件事，她第一次認識到要提升自己個人價值。陳芳應表示，一開始自己學英語也是為了以后能夠教孫子，但她現在有了更長遠的打算，“我現在的最大目標是學到英語的最高等級，以便將來有機會去英語國家看一看。”

　　我運用唯物辯證法的對立統一法則，對上述幾種關系作了較為系統深入的分析，得出了一些在教學法上有所創新、對教學實踐有指導意義的見解。我認為，教學活動是要解決學生已有知識技能和待學知識技能的矛盾；教學過程是學生在教師的指導幫助下，運用已有知識技能掌握待學知識技能的過程；在教學過程中，教師和學生的關系是主導作用與主體作用的關系。由于學生的已有知識技能不足以使自身獨立地掌握待學知識技能，非有教師的指導幫助不行，教師的主導作用在教學中有決定性作用：決定學生發揮主體作用的程度，決定學生掌握待學知識技能的好壞。但學生掌握待學知識技能的過程，終究是學生自身的實踐和認識過程，教師的主導作用必須轉化為學生的主體作用。綜上可見，學生的學有賴于教師的教，教師的教有待于轉化為學生的學；只有教促進了學，教才算是起了應起的作用，外因才算是通過內因而發生了作用。如果教未能促成學，責任應在教師。

　　教師的主導作用怎樣才能轉化為學生的主體作用？這需要對學生的主體作用作出深入的辯證分析，有個深刻透徹的理解。學生的主體作用可分解為自動地學和能動地學兩個方面。自動地學又可分為自覺地學和自發地學兩個方面；能動地學又可分為高效地學和獨立地學兩個方面。為了使學生自動地學，必須使學生對學習既有志，又有趣；志以使學生自覺地刻苦地學習，趣以使學生自發地樂于學習。為了使學生能動地學，必須使學生既有正確的學習方法，又有自學能力；學習方法正確，就能高效地學，有了自學能力，就能獨立地學。既自動地學，又能動地學，學生就會逐步擺脫對教師的依賴，充分發揮主體作用，成為學習的主人。可見，志、趣、方、能是學生發揮主體作用的四根支柱，幫助學生樹立這四根學習支柱，乃是教師的主導作用轉化為學生的主體作用的途徑。

　　1985年秋，華中師范大學與廣西師范大學主辦以教授專家為主的中南地區英語教學法討論會，邀請我擔任大會主講人之一。我從英語教學的角度作了題為《教師的主導作用必須轉化為學生的主體作用》的報告，反應很好，大會總結時稱贊我的發言“既是教學法報告，又是辯證法報告；在運用辯證法指導教學法研究上，很有啟發意義。”我進一步將講稿整理成為針對各科教學的'文章，對實現轉化的前提、途徑、手段、條件作了系統論述，在《廣西教育通訊》上發表。 內參雙月刊《桂林市文化研究》（現名>）將題目改為《要重視發揮教師在社會主義精神文明建設中的作用》予以刊登。我還寫了一篇《幫助學生樹立四根學習支柱》，在中國中小學外語教學研究會第四次年會大會上宣讀， 《中小學外語》1988年3期首篇刊載。 以上兩文分別獲得桂林市教育學會一等獎和桂林市社科聯三等獎。

　　如果不是眼角的血絲出賣身體的疲態，任誰也不會料想：在鏡頭面前侃侃而談的周思成，清晨六點就已經起床，趕早班機前往上海，在享受了一頓美味的上海本幫菜后，便馬不停蹄地趕到滬江總部。

　　有別于一貫的禮帽造型，當日的周思成將頭發吹得格外蓬松，擦了粉底的臉白凈通透，嘴唇也泛著微微的紅，顯然他早已為上鏡做足了準備。

　　在冷風乍起的上海，他依舊習慣喝冰冷的咖啡；在布景之時，他饒有興致地跟工作人員聊著北京的哥和上海的哥的不同，長沙與上海的天氣變化以及瑣碎的工作和生活。自詡為“新東方第一名師”的他，少了很多名人的做派和架勢。

　　沒有提前對稿，沒有經紀人在旁推三阻四，也沒有助理幫忙提包端茶送水，單打獨斗的周思成很快進入了采訪狀態，在他看來，這些對于流程的熟稔大多得益于鎂光燈的不時眷顧。

　　20xx年的那期名為“史上最牛英語老師”的《快樂大本營》，讓跳著“艷舞”的周思成一夜爆紅：鎂光燈下的他習慣拿自己的“自戀”開涮，在舞臺上毫不客氣地與謝娜掐架，這些無一例外地讓這個被冠以男版“芙蓉姐姐”稱號的老師名聲大噪。

　　四年的時間，他六次登上快樂大本營的舞臺，與黃曉明、蔡依林互飆英語，閑不下來的他也成為許多電視節目的常客。他不喜歡炒作，也不喜歡包裝，之所以游離于三尺講臺之外，用他自己的話說：“老師是個特別單純的職業，其實老師做久了以后跟社會上的人比智商是很低的，因為你每天面對的都是學生，你知道的又比他們多，你又要不停地重復，你就是個孩子王而已，而你對于處理事情、安排事務，其實不如公司里面的人。”

　　蔡依林腳踩高跟鞋一站就是五個鐘頭，周思成說“她那么努力，我憑什么不努力”；何老師錄完節目還請嘉賓們吃飯，親和得讓原本不太理人的周思成，都忍不住改變自己。

　　他似乎特別善于博采眾長，而集合到自己身上卻沒有過多的違和之感。所謂“缺什么補什么”，這種汲他人之所長的本領，周思成自小就爛熟于胸。

　　我不是人妖，我就是妖

　　對于自己的農村背景，周思成沒有絲毫隱諱。出生在湖南醴陵的他，童年雖清苦，卻不乏苦中作樂的心態。他曾經在黑夜中點亮煤油燈，在蒸騰起的煙霧中把自己臆想成“白素貞”；也因為萬分期待傘花飄落的美景，而試圖在鞭炮中多塞幾把小降落傘，結果笨重地飛不起來。

　　在現在的周思成看來，這種原始的快樂依舊散發著土腥氣，而之所以如今的自己變得時尚新潮，跟父親當年的“高瞻遠矚”不無關系。在父親看來，徹底跟土氣告別的方式只有一種，就是努力接近一切跟洋氣有關的物件。在鋼琴，笛子，小提琴中，父子二人選擇了小提琴。上世紀九十年代，一把小提琴只要五十塊錢，而一堂課也只要八塊錢，能花費相對較少的代價步入“洋氣”的殿堂，周思成滿心歡喜。

　　為了給小提琴找個搭調的伙伴，周思成又學起了拉丁舞，沒想到一學便“泥足深陷”，無法自拔。但當他想敲開北京舞蹈附中的大門，繼續“舞男”夢想的時候，卻因為近乎苛刻的選材標準被拒之門外，“他們要求下半身要比上半身長12.5厘米 但是我是長10厘米。”

　　2.5厘米的差距，斷送了周思成的“舞男夢”。他只能悻悻地回到家鄉，抱著成為一名美聲歌唱家的殘念，做回一名普通的高中生。但命運之神并沒有就此止步，高一那年的一次晚會上，周思成一個人組織排演了八個節目，超大的工作強度，每天聲嘶力竭地排練，使他得了嚴重的聲帶炎，手術之后他被告知三年都不能講話，唱美聲的夢想隨之灰飛煙滅。

　　被打倒的周思成似乎習慣了命運的捉弄，爬起來繼續把不能實現的夢想轉化成平日的愛好。雖然嗓子不能發聲，但肢體依舊靈活，他參加了高中的舞蹈隊，卻因為學習成績好遭人排擠；他試圖與學習成績好的同學為伍，卻反倒因為跳舞太好被驅逐。

　　從小到大，叫周思成“人妖”的人不計其數，但強大的詆毀鑄就了他刀槍不入的心臟，甚至不無自嘲地喊出“我不是人妖，我就是妖”的“豪言壯語”。

　　錯過的人和事兒讓我很幸福

　　因為手術后需要注射抗生素的緣故，高中時的周思成體重一下子飆到一百六十多斤，一個不會說話的“土肥圓”，卻硬是當上了學校的文藝部長、報社總編、文學社長，甚至廣播站長。

　　他標榜自己就是天才，因為他總是跟別人不一樣，到頭來卻總是很出彩，“我總覺得有人不喜歡你不重要，前提是你心中知道你想成為什么樣的人，以后別人會認可你就好了。”

　　身為鋒芒畢露的“風云人物”，高中時的周思成并不為群體所接納，但高三某天的一個機緣巧合，卻為今天留下了一段愛恨交織的泛黃記憶。

　　一個長相平、沒人愛的土胖娃兒，平生第一次被人牽起手，雖然只是用來搪塞別人的幌子，但是觸電的感覺卻足夠讓周思成無法自持，甚至說出了“我牽著你的手就不想再放開”的蜜語甜言。沒想到偶像劇般的假戲真做真的就此應驗，他們在廣場上用唇語交談，也曾許下“背你去爬岳麓山”的諾言。可世事變遷，考上湖南大學的周思成不得已與對方分手，失戀的苦痛讓他每次走進岳麓山腳的湖大都心思郁結。

　　能讓自己不生氣的辦法只有一個：逃離校園。但對于依舊不能說話的周思成來說，校園外的一切都是那么可望而不可及，他本可以窩在宿舍睡懶覺、玩游戲、看大片，但為了早日擺脫周身的土氣，為了有朝一日可以穿上李維斯的牛仔褲，他義無返顧地投身“詞海”，將英語視為救贖的稻草，一天十三個小時的背誦近乎走火入魔。

　　但就是因為這一年的拼命，周思成擁有了旁人無法企及的詞匯儲備，這無疑是一個“變壓力為動力，化腐朽為神奇”的成功范例。如若沒有當初失戀的刺激，或許就沒有如今的“英語大王”，在他看來“不會有一件事或者一個人讓你幸福，反而那些錯過的人和錯過的事兒給的那些指引，讓你去找到正確的事兒和正確的人”。

　　To come above tougher times you have to pep yourlf up, when you are feeling low, lost and confud. This can be done effectively by lf-talk. Self-talk is a way of talking to onelf. It can be effectively ud for soul arching. When talking to ourlves, we hardly lie as our conscience controls our speech. Self talk is efficient becau when we are vocal about our thoughts, it makes a larger impact on our mind.

　　Our brain then receives the same message from the mind as well as the ears. This repetition pep talks and thoughts fine tunes the performance of brain.

　　Self-talk is a software, which when properly loaded onto our mind directs ourlves for better results and a healthy mind. Actually many times in our life, we find others advising us to do better in studies, sports, life etc. We usually get bugged by the people and blank our ears out of their constructive suggestions. It is becau it doesnt come from within us. And when something comes from within you, you always try your best to do justice to it. Self-talk can thus ameliorate our status.Each one of us has some good points and some bad ones.

　　Though we hardly admit in pubic, we know in our mind that we could do better in some areas of our personal landscape. This get better attitude can be converted into a practical reality using lf-talk.

　　If you are an introvert and you want to be the gregarious person like you friend next door, all you need to do is talk to yourlf.
