As is conspicuously illustrated, there appears the largest proportion of the whole-personal development prospects, accounting for 42.78%，which is a sharp contrast to the remaining parts in proportion, followed by 28.08% in salary and 10.24% in interest. Still, other factors such as job stability, working time and pressure as well as occupational outlook make up 6.82%, 4.20% and 3.15% respectively.

　　Whether graduates should choo a job at the expen of living often depends on which element is considered as the driving force. First and foremost, in the era of chances, changes and challenges, it is surely a good thing that time and attention come to lf-development with age. A majority of young adults have gained an awareness that long-term sound development rather than immediate interests yields good returns. Besides, apart from financial incentives, interest or passion, directly or indirectly, plays an indispensable role in youngsters' choice of jobs. Last but not least, with social competition increasingly inten, tho once employed would usually cling on to a position that is abnt from relentless overtime or great pressure.

　　From what has been analyzed above, we can easily come to a conclusion that both personal sustainable development and pursuit of high life quality are high on the list of priorities in employment.
