A信頭(Heading)英語作文寫信格式

英文書信通常由下列五個部門構成:

信頭包羅寫信人地點和寫信日期,通常寫在信箋的右上角。在比力熟識的朋儕

之間的通訊,寫信人的地點常可略去。本課的信頭就只寫了寫信日期,而沒有寫信人

的地點。日期通常有下列兩種定法:

(a)月、日、年:如August一五,二零零__

(b)日、月、年:如一五thaugust,二零零__

地點的寫法通常是由小到大,如:門牌號、街道名、市(縣)名、省名、國名(郵

政編碼通常寫在都會名之后)。這同中文書信的地點寫法完全相反。地點可以寫一~

三行,日期寫在地點的下方(見信箋款式)。

B稱謂(Salutation)英語作文寫信格式

稱謂指寫信人對收信人的稱謂,如DearXiaojun,寫在信頭的下方和信箋的右

邊。稱謂一樣平常用Dear…或Mydear…掃尾,稱謂后一樣平常用逗號。

地點要由小到大。

c.稱謂語用Dear+姓(正式),Dear+名(朋儕間)。十分任意的函件可直呼其名。

d.末端語或竣事語可憑據現實環境用:

e.題名也分正式與非正式兩種:英語作文寫信格式

正式:“Yourssincerely,”、“Yoursfaithfully,”或“Sincerely

yours,”、“Faithfullyyours.”

非正式,朋儕間等:“Love,”大概“Yourver,”

g.寫信工夫可用月、日、年款式或年、月、日款式。

f.署名也視寫信人與收信人的干系而定,一樣平常與稱謂同等。如稱謂用名,寫

信人的署名也用名。
