20世紀不僅見證了經濟的快速發展，而且由于經濟所導致的危機也開始浮

現。越來越多的畢業生開始明白，和過去相比，工作越來越難找。雖然他們在

大學里選擇了好的專業，但他們仍不能獲得一個理想的工作。就像一個漏斗，

入口很寬，可是出口卻很窄。當然，這是由很多因素造成的。例如，科學和技

術的向前發展導致就業人數的下降。而且許多畢業生自己也缺乏實際動手能

力，等等。因此，我強烈建立應該采取有效的措施來解決這個問題。第一，政

當今社會，隨著教育的發展，大學生的數量不斷增加。他們會成為社會的

中堅力量，因此他們的就業會影響他們自己、家庭和社會的將來。那廉潔故事 么，大學

生的就業現狀到底是怎樣的呢？事實上，大學生的“就業難題“已經成為一個熱

門話題。由于經濟危機的影響，2009年，大學生就業率為86%，2010年，它上

升為89.6%,2011年為90.8%,2012年為91.5%，但2013年，它又降到了86%。

近幾年，大學生就業率的波動較大，但總體的趨勢還是緩慢上升的。據中國社

科院的統計，2013年底將有10萬學生無法就業，592萬學生面臨就業難題。因

此，大學生的就業狀況還是很嚴峻的。

那么，什么造成了大學生的就業難題呢？我想主要有三方面的原因：首

先，在學生方面，許

多大學生個人知識或實踐小綠狼繪本故事 能力不足，缺少求職技巧，對面試是缺乏心理準

備。而且一些大學生擇業觀不正確，期望值過高。最重要的是，他們缺乏社會

經驗。

其次，在學校方面，一些大學的課程設置不合理，無法適應社會對人才的

需求；同時，畢業生的就業指導以及服務工作也需要完善。

再者，在社會方面，社會就業信息體制不完善，一些企業或事業單位的考

試存在不公平現象，就業歧視，比如性別歧視、戶口歧視依然存在。

面對就業難題，身為大學生的我們應有自己的未來職業規劃。對我來說，

我文靜、耐心并且刻苦。我喜歡讀書與寫作，而且我主修漢語言文學，因此我

有豐富的專業知識。我是校報的一名記者，因此我有著采訪以及編輯經驗。我

希望未來能做一名編輯。為了這個夢想，在大學的前兩年我會努力學習，多去

采訪與寫作，積極投稿。大學后兩年，我會去參加出版社的實習，積累工作經

驗，多向前輩請教。

我相信，經過我的努力，我可以在激烈的就業競爭中獲得勝利。
