鄰避沖突的結(jié)構(gòu)誘因與政策困境共同

形塑了鄰避沖突的治理難題,其結(jié)構(gòu)誘因與不對稱的利益分配結(jié)構(gòu)和行動者的風(fēng)險認(rèn)知有關(guān)
