在使用Excel2010時，頁面設置可以通過工具欄的”File”-“Print”直接實現。

You can t up the page by clicking “File”-“Print”.

在選擇 ”File”-“Print” 的視圖中，您可以配置所有類型的打印設置。例如，副本份數、打印

機、頁面范圍、單面打印/雙面打印、縱向、頁邊距的調整。

In the viewing of “File”-“Print”, you can configure all kinds of print ttings, including copies,

printer lect, print pages, single or double side print, direction, margins, etc.

您也可以通過點擊打印預覽右下角的顯示頁邊距按鈕，然后直接通過拖曳打印閱覽區域的調

整線進行頁邊距的調整。

You can also click the “Show margins” icon near the bottom-right corner of the print panel in

backstage view, you can modify the margins by dragging margin markers.
