[“通法”歸納·明辨“小異”]

1．審題要準(zhǔn)

邀請(qǐng)信是在告知的基礎(chǔ)上邀請(qǐng)對(duì)方參加活動(dòng)，開(kāi)頭部分發(fā)出邀請(qǐng)，結(jié)尾部

分再次發(fā)出邀請(qǐng)；告知信開(kāi)頭部分只是簡(jiǎn)要告知。

2．要點(diǎn)要齊全，內(nèi)容要詳略得當(dāng)

(1)告知信和邀請(qǐng)信的寫(xiě)作要素一般包括時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)、事件和目的等，而

有些考生會(huì)忽略部分要素。

(2)告知內(nèi)容是告知信與邀請(qǐng)信的主體內(nèi)容，而有些考生會(huì)在開(kāi)頭或結(jié)尾

部分大肆用墨，從而使文章顯得繁瑣，主體部分不突出。

3．語(yǔ)言表達(dá)要準(zhǔn)確得體

(1)告知信與邀請(qǐng)信多用一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)與一般將來(lái)時(shí)。

(2)語(yǔ)言要委婉、禮貌，體現(xiàn)真實(shí)的感情交流。
