為了讓學生更好得展示英語的使用性，邀請信也往往是高考應用文中經常出

現的主題。而主題一樣的邀請信，具體內容有些變化，它們的側重點不同。針對

這個主要，只要分析其中的細節，處理好句子的連接就可以了。接下來，我們根

據往年的高考題進行分析怎么來處理其中的細節。

假如你是光明學校學生會主席李華,你校即將舉辦英語戲劇比賽，請你給外

教Bruce寫一封邀請信，內容包括：

1.比賽時間、地點；

2.比賽的目的；

3.邀請其擔任評委。

注意：

1.詞數80-100；

2.可適當增加細節，以使行文連貫。

講解：

首先我們確定這是一封邀請信，其次我們要更近具體題意將本文進行拆解，

最后確定重要點。

我們可以用三段式來寫，但具體分布可以不用按題中的順序進行。第一段，

表達寫信的目的；第二段，比賽試卷、地點、目的，適當可增加細節；第三段，

表達期望，表達感謝。

第一段：簡單提及題中細節，對自己的身份進行介紹，表達寫信目的。如，

I am Li Hua, chairman of Students’ Union. As scheduled, we are going to hold an

English Drama competition, I am writing to invite you to be a judge.

第二段：描述英語戲劇比賽舉行的時間、地點，以及目的。時間、地點可以

用一個句子表達，關鍵在于其目的，我們可以用其他句式來替換我們所熟悉的不

定式，so that，in order to等。如，非謂語形式：The competition will be held in the

lecture hall, aiming to……或者非限制定語從句形式：The competition will be held

in the lecture hall, the purpo/aim of which is to……

第三段：表達希望，希望能出席比賽；同時也要表達感激。如，Looking forward

to your arrival.或者用高級詞匯“anticipate”來替代“期望”含義。

I’m Li Hua, chairman of Students’ Union, writing to invite you to attend the

English drama competition which will be held in our school on Saturday.

As scheduled, the competition is from 8: to 4: in the lecture hall

寫此類信件要點總結：

1.仔細審題，需要把題目中要點簡單陳述；

2.三段式書寫，第二段往往是關鍵部分；

3.句子結構不要重復，要有多樣性；

4.注意字數，不要過多；

5.正式考試中要注意書寫，建議字體清晰、間距相同；

6.信件類必須有Dear**，和落款Yours，**

間、地點，以及其他的安排，以便外教老師合理做出安排；3.表達期望，希望能
