湖北中煙武漢圈煙廠易地技改廠房工程的2.5 km管徑為DN150、DN200的污水管，要在廠房地下敷設(shè)污水管道，開挖深1.48 m以內(nèi)。管道基礎(chǔ)應(yīng)采用潔凈、堅(jiān)硬、顆粒級配良好的粗砂或碎石土，其細(xì)度模數(shù)宜在2.5～3.7之間，最小不應(yīng)＜2.3，含泥量＜3%。基礎(chǔ)面至管頂以內(nèi)30cm為三合土回填，管頂30cm以上為原土回填，詳見圖1。

1）、管道基礎(chǔ)、管側(cè)及管頂以上500mm內(nèi)的溝槽回填土，必須采用人工分層回填并壓實(shí)：特別是在管頂以上500mm范圍內(nèi)不得用重型夯實(shí)。

一、施工方法

1)、管槽回填前，應(yīng)符合下列要求。

2)、在閉水試驗(yàn)合格后方可進(jìn)行回填。

3)、回填時，要保證溝槽內(nèi)無積水、雜物等。
