11、由于發生當事人不能預見、不可避免或無法控制的不可抗力事件，致使本合約不能

履行，部分或全部商品延誤交貨，賣方概不負責。（TheSellershallnotbeheldresponsiblefor

12、仲裁(Arbitration）：

凡因本合同引起的或與本合同有關的任何爭議，均應提交中國國際貿易仲裁委員會，按

照申請仲裁時該會現行有效的仲裁規則進行仲裁。仲裁裁決是終局的，對雙方均有約束力。

）不可抗力：由于人力不可抗力的原由

發生在制造、裝載或運輸的過程中導致賣方延

期交貨或不能交貨者，賣方可免除責任。在不可抗力發生后，賣方須立即電告買方及在
