(1.湘潭大學;2.湘潭大學物理與光電學院)摘要:設計了一種應用于低壓,高效率快速啟動四相時鐘電荷泵。該電荷泵利用少量輔助晶體管,在啟動階段將電荷注入升壓電容中,降低了電荷泵啟動時間。設計了一種新型四相時鐘電路,降低了時鐘驅動功耗,提高了效率。在1V 的電源電壓,0.13um 工藝下,仿真結果顯示,在四級結構下,四相時鐘電荷泵的效率高達81%,相比傳統四相時鐘電荷泵結構,啟動時間減少了10%。
