Cl–和H2PO4–對(duì)有序多孔羥基磷灰石組成和形貌的影響

摘要:采用溶膠–凝膠法,制備了有序多孔羥基磷灰石(hydroxyapatite with highly ordered three-dimensional pores,HA-HODP)。在37℃,將HA-HODP 在CaCl2和Ca(H2PO4)2溶液中浸泡幾天,通過X射線衍射、場發(fā)射掃描電子顯微鏡、Fourier變換紅外光譜以及pH值等的測試手段分析、研究了Cl–和H2PO4–對(duì)HA-HODP組成和形貌的影響。結(jié)果顯示:HA-HODP浸入到CaCl2溶液中,生成Ca5(PO4)3Cl和CaCO3相。Ca5(PO4)3Cl相的生成系Cl–取代了OH–;CaCO3相的生成系Ca2+在堿性環(huán)境下,與溶解在溶液中的CO2發(fā)生了反應(yīng)。在Ca(H2PO4)2溶液中,由于存在過量H2PO4–,在HA-HODP 的表面生成了Ca9HPO4(PO4)5OH相。

INFLUENCE OF Cl– AND H2PO4– ON COMPOSITION AND MORPHOLOGY OF HYDROXYAPATITE WITH HIGHLY ORDERED THREE-DIMENSIONAL PORES

Abstract: Hydroxyapatite (HA) with highly ordered three-dimensional pores (HA-HODP) was fabricated via the sol–gel process. X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscope, fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and pH measurement were performed to characterize the variations in the composition and morphology of HA-HODP, which was immerd in CaCl2 and Ca(H2PO4)2 aqueous solutions for veral days at 37℃. The results indicate that Ca5(PO4)3Cl and CaCO3 phas are formed when the HA-HODP is immerd in CaCl2 solution. It is shown that the formation of Ca5(PO4)3Cl pha is due to the ion substitution of OH– by Cl–, whereas the formation of CaCO3 is attributed to the reaction between Ca2+ and the CO2 dissolved in the aqueous solution under alkaline condition. Calcium hydroxyapatite (Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2, HA) is one of the calcium phosphate-bad bioceramic materials that makes up the majority of the inorganic components of human bones and teeth. This makes HA an excellent ma-terial for clinical applications. As reported in the litera-ture [1–2], the application of calcium phosphates corre-spond to the structure and morphological properties of HA. So, in order to expand the scope of the application of this material, much rearch has been conducted to syn-thesize biomaterials corresponding to HA[3] with a porous structure. Hydroxyapatite, which has a porous structure, a large specific surface area and high porosity, might be important for biomedical applications as it could enhance the adhesion between the bone and the apatite implant. However, the pore structure and size of the materials cannot be controlled,[4] thereby producing the difficulty in the rearch process.
Recently, there has been great interest in fabricating materials with highly ordered three-dimensional pores due to their potential applications in non-linear optics,[5] nsors[6] catalysts or as removable scaffolds for the for-mation of highly ordered, macroporous materials.[7]
