在科技發達的今天，手機成為現代生活必不可少的一個重要工具，有的人

用它辦公，有的人用它聊天，有的人則用它劈劈啪啪地發短信……今天小編在

Mobile phones were invented to enable people to make phone

calls conveniently. However, smart phones broaden the usage

extremely wide, for instance, surfing the Internet, nding e-mails

and taking photos. Of cour, smart phones provide us a more

enjoyable life style but there also are some disadvantages. Addiction

to smart phones caus less communication with families and friends,

distractions from work and study and physical damages.

First, smart phonesreduce the communication between

individualsand people around them. Indeed, smart phones enable

people to contact each other far away while they also make people

ignore theirfamilies and friends. For example, many

parents complain that children prefer playing their phones to

having a conversation with their familieson family gatherings.

Also, smart phones distract people from their work and study.

It is not a rious problem thatpeople entertain themlves with

their phones when they are having a rest. However, some young

people are ud to checking their phones when they are working or

studying. Unavoidably, it will reduce the efficiency of their

work and study.

Finally, addiction to smart phones can impairhuman s

revealthat playing phones too long will harm tissues and joints of

human fingers. And experts said that staring at screens of phones

for a long time, especially in a dark environment, can damage

people’s eyesight as well.

We enjoy the pleasure and the convenient smart phones provide,

and at the same time we should be aware of their

ng too much time on smart phones leads to have

less communication with families and friends,distraction from

work and study, and damages of health. Therefore, to avoid the

disadvantages, my suggestion is rationalizing the time spent on

smart phones.

Today, we talk about mobile phones, and as mobile phones are

growing, more and more people are using mobile phones, which brings

us a lot of convenience. There are also countless people who are

addicted to mobile phones, especially small-school students, and i

don't really object to mobile phones, and mobile phones are a good

relaxation tool. I don't think it's bad to play a mobile phone, but

the middle school students are lf-control, and they can't control

the length of time they spend on their phones. So i'm addicted to

cell phones, so i suggest relaxing a mobile phone, but it requires

parental supervision, proper play, and not obsolete. You can relax

your emotions, so i suggest that every day you can come back to

play for an hour a day and relax and don't be too old to

play. Relaxing, relaxing, relaxing relaxation

With the fast pace of modern life ,more and more mobile

telephone are entering every family ,now nearly every college

student owns one .

For a student ,the mobile telephone should be ud or not ,many

people think they are adult and can control themlves and then it

's able to keep in touch with their parents or friends conveniently

and quickly whenever and wherever they r , some people

deem it shouldn't be ud ,becau they are students now ,it 's

uless in business only contast with their friends or

parents .They should spend more time on their study ,if they u

mobile telephone in the school ,may be it can add to the family's

economic mes when they having class,the ring will

interrupt teacher and other student .What 's more ,they can pay

less attention to their study .

In my personal opinion ,it 's not good for students on campus

to u mobile telephone ,they should focus on their study and

realize the students' main task is to study .After graduation , no

one can disturb them.

t has been witnesd that since the coming of the cell phone,

it has been developed so fast, thanks to the high technology, today,

the function of cell phone improves a lot, some even can equal to

the computer. People like to change the cell phone, becau they

want to have more function, but some teenagers lo wi mind on

the road of changing cell phone. They want to buy the newest product, so that they can show off. Recently, it has been

reported a boy ll his kidney for the purpo of buying an iphone,

this is so shocked, the boy is lling his health for a new cell

phone. People should be wi to the cell phone, they need to figure

out that all the cell phones have some common basic function, some

new products’ function is almost the same. They should

measure their situation to buy a new one.

人們已經見證了自從手機的誕生，手機發展得很快，多虧了高科技，今

天，手機的功能提高了很多，一些手機甚至可以比得上電腦。人們喜歡換手

機，因為他們想要有更多的功能，但是一些青少年在追求換手機的道路上失去

了理智。他們想要買最新的手機，這樣就可以炫耀。最近，據報道，一個男孩

子為了買一臺 iPhone 而去賣腎，這是多么令人震驚啊，男孩為了新手機賣掉了

自己的健康。人們應該理智對待手機，他們需要弄清楚所有的手機都具有共同

的基本功能，一些新產品的功能幾乎都一樣。他們應該根據自己的情況來衡量

for dinner, people do not chat with each other but u their mobile

phones to do various kinds of things, such as calling, texting,

taking pictures and playing games. It ems that people depend on

their mobile phones so much that their face?to?face communication

with each other is getting less and less, which has become

a problem that should not be ignored.

Every coin has two sides. While we affirm and enjoy the

convenience and amument that mobile phones bring us, we cannot

deny that dependence on them also result in some inconvenience. On

one hand, depending on mobiles makes people more indifferent. On

the other hand, if we become too reliant on cell phones,

our face?to?face communicative skills may decline. Moreover, cell

phone dependence harbors other disadvantages. For example, the

radiation phones emit is hazardous to our health if we u them too

much.

To solve the problem, I won?t suggest that we discard mobile

phones as giving up eating for fear of choking. Nevertheless, we

should keep a certain distance form mobiles lest we should suffer

from mobile phone dependence, and exchange words face to face with

our relatives and friends as possible as we can. Only in this way,

can we not be driven by material things but maintain our physical

and mental health as well as our independence.
