            DL / T 5018 — 2004

            前 言

            本標準是對DL/T5018—1994《水利水電工程鋼閘門制造安裝及驗收規范》的修訂。

            本標準與DL/T5018—1994版比較有以下一些變化:

            ——對焊接工藝評定有關程序和要求,參照美國ASME標準

            “鍋爐及壓力容器規范”中有關“焊接和釬焊評定”的要求進行了補充和修訂,并增加了不銹鋼復合鋼板和進口鋼材焊接工藝評定的規定;

            ——將原第5章“焊后消除應力熱處理”并入第4章; ——調整了高強度螺栓預拉力和擰緊力矩的數值;

            ——針對厚漿漆和金屬噴涂的要求,調整了金屬表面預處理

            粗糙度指標及涂層檢測規定;

            ——規定了采用局部火焰加熱矯正時最高加熱溫度;

            ——增加了鑄鋼件和鍛件按質量特性重要度分類的規定,增

            加了各類鑄鋼件和鍛件檢驗項目及數量的規定;

            ——增加了鍛件化學成分的允許偏差及不同尺寸分段鍛件的

            力學性能指標;

            ——調整和擴大了閘門尺寸分段及其允許偏差;

            ——增加了弧形閘門斜支臂及支鉸制造安裝有關技術要求;

            ——增加了平壓閥安裝及人字門安裝有關技術要求; ——補充了驗收工作的一般規定。

            本標準頒發實施后代替DL/T5018—1994標準。

            本標準的附錄B、C、F、G、L為規范性附錄。

            本標準的附錄A、D、E、H、I、J、K、M、N、O為資料性附錄。

            本標準由中國電力企業聯合會提出。

            篇三:閘門技術要求

            閘門基本技術要求

            1 安裝運行、維修的環境

            1.1 安裝處所:室外

            1.2 海拔高度:1200m

            1.3 環境空氣溫度

            最高運行溫度:40℃

            最低運行溫度:-25℃

            最低存放溫度:-30℃

            1.4 相對濕度: 80%

            1.5 介質為含沙水

            1.6 介質溫度:0℃~35℃

            3.1閘門設計工作壓力:

            進水閘門單向承壓: 正向受壓: 0.2Mpa

            反向受壓: 0 Mpa

            檢修閘門單向承壓: 正向受壓: 0.2Mpa

            反向受壓: 0 Mpa

            工作行程:進水閘門:3.7m

            出水閘門:3.7m

            最大行程:進水閘門:10.3m(1臺)

            出水閘門:10.3m(1臺)

            3.2 主要構件材質要求:

            門板、楔塊:Q235C

            閘槽、門楣、底檻:耐腐蝕合金鑄鐵

            密封圈: 橡塑復合材料(閘門板與閘槽的摩擦系數

            不得大于0.4)

            滑塊:MBJ尼龍

            螺桿、連接桿、連接套筒、緊固件:1Cr13

            3.3 構造

            3.3.1閘門為明桿升降形式,要求中間設若干軸導架用于固定支撐傳動桿,軸導架安裝于混凝土側墻上,孔內設有銅合金軸套,以保證傳動桿在受力情況下不變形。

            3.3.2由于進水閘門和出水閘門最大提升高度(檢修行程)均在13.6米以內,為檢修時方便拆卸傳動桿,要求傳動桿采用分段聯接的方式。

            3.3.3閘門主要由啟閉裝置、螺桿、連接桿、連接套筒、門槽、門體、導向槽、密封裝置、軸導架、緊固件、可調楔塊等主要部件組成。

            3.4 閘門門板在閘槽內應能靈活起落,關閉時密封圈應接觸緊密,位置正確,楔塊接觸均勻、緊密。

            3.5 泄漏量

            門槽與門板密封座間隙小于0.03mm

            閘門最大正向工作水頭時泄漏量不大于1.25L/min.m

            3.6 防腐:

            3.6.1 鋼材表面進行預處理,先脫脂凈化,再進行噴射處理,經處理后的金屬表面,要求其表面清潔度等級為Sa3,表面粗糙度等級為Ry 60~100μm。

            3.6.2防腐層面采用熱噴鋅和涂料聯合防腐,防腐壽命不少于20年。底層防腐為熱噴鋅,面層封閉層為LW-1無機富鋅涂料,底層涂裝工藝為電弧噴涂,面層涂裝工藝為噴涂或涂刷。聯合防腐層總厚度為0.28mm,(其中: 熱噴鋅厚度160μm, 鋅絲的含鋅量應大于99.99%。LW-1無機富鋅涂料120μm) 熱噴鋅、LW-1無機富鋅涂料涂裝兩次成活。第一次、第二次涂

            裝厚度分別為70μm、40μm,90μm、80μm,每層必須交叉排列。工件溫度不得大于170℃,當工件溫度大于170℃應進行冷卻,待工件溫度降至40~50℃時,再進行噴涂。

            3.6.2.1涂層表面應均勻無雜物、起皮、鼓泡、孔洞、凹

            凸不平、粗顆粒、掉塊及裂紋等缺陷。噴涂前,如發現鋼材表面出現污染或返漆,應返回表面預處理。在金屬噴涂層尚有余溫時,涂刷面漆。

            3.6.3 閘門雙層應考慮各2mm的銹蝕余量。

            3.7 止水裝置安設的位置應考慮維護更換方便。

            閘門在承受設計水頭的壓力時,通過任意1m長止水材

            料內泄漏量不大于不大于1.25L/min.m

            3.8 在輸水系統發生事故時,要求閘門具有快速關閉的功能。

            3.9 閘門布置及安裝尺寸詳見附圖。

            3.10 鋼閘門的設計、制造、安裝、防腐蝕及驗收應滿足《水利水電工程鋼閘門設計規范》(DL/T 5039-95);《水利水電工程鋼閘門制造安裝及驗收規范》(DL/T 5018-94);《水工金屬結構防腐蝕規范》(SL/105-95);《熱噴涂鋅及鋅合金涂層》(GB9793-88)的相關規定。

            3.11 閘門的安裝尺寸、外形尺寸及性能參數,需遵照寧夏水利水電勘測設計研究院的有關圖紙,以利于施工及安裝。
