內(nèi)容摘要

課題研究立足于現(xiàn)掌握的計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)從而構(gòu)建一個(gè)系統(tǒng)，通過微信小程序與web后臺(tái)系統(tǒng)交互，實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)招聘的信息管理問題，幫助用戶更好、更快捷的完成招聘各項(xiàng)工作的管理服務(wù)的具體化需求，為用戶帶來更便捷化的招聘供應(yīng)平臺(tái)。

本文主要對(duì)企業(yè)招聘系統(tǒng)的研究?jī)?nèi)容。結(jié)合開發(fā)系統(tǒng)需要的各個(gè)方面條件的可行性分析，最終確定系統(tǒng)能夠支持用戶對(duì)各個(gè)功能操作的需求而開發(fā)的。設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)基于B/S且結(jié)合Java技術(shù)與JavaScript，與mysql數(shù)據(jù)庫作數(shù)據(jù)的存儲(chǔ)和管理，通過微信開發(fā)者工具與eclip完成開發(fā)平臺(tái)搭建。實(shí)現(xiàn)集戶、招聘、論壇、企業(yè)等多個(gè)管理功能于一體的企業(yè)招聘平臺(tái)。

本企業(yè)招聘系統(tǒng)為用戶提供了一個(gè)便利的招聘管理的平臺(tái)，基于微信平臺(tái)，應(yīng)用便捷，用戶操作簡(jiǎn)潔，且前后端實(shí)現(xiàn)功能交互與權(quán)限獨(dú)立，可充分的保證了系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性、安全性。

Abstract

The rearch is bad on the computer technology now mastered to build a system,

through the interaction of wechat small programs and web background system, to

realize the information management of enterpri recruitment, help urs better and

faster to complete the specific needs of the management rvices of recruitment work,

and bring urs a more convenient recruitment supply platform.

This paper studies the relevant rearch reports of the recruitment system of

enterpris. Summarize and analyze the feasibility analysis of the requirements of each

point of the developed system, and finally determine whether the system can support

and meet the needs of various urs for the functions.. Design and development bad

on B / s, combined with Java technology and JavaScript, and MySQL databa for data

storage and management, through wechat developer tools and eclip to complete the

development platform. Realize the enterpri recruitment platform integrating multiple

management functions such as houhold, recruitment, forum and enterpri.

The recruitment applet designed by me, which can be ud by the enterpri and

the ur administrator together, provides a fast and convenient platform for connecting

recruitment and application. Bad on the wechat platform, the application is

convenient, the ur operation is simple, and the front and back end realize functional

interaction and independent authority, which can fully ensure the stability and curity

of the system.
