一. 命令 Verbal commands

警察執行勤務時，必須使用許多命令式的用語，以顯示其執法的威嚴，及喝令嫌犯服從。這時語氣需特別加重強調，以引起周遭環境的特別注意，對于執勤警察的安全也多一分保障。

8.你的案件會被檢察官覆審。Your ca will be reviewed by the procutor.

9.檢察官會決定是否提出起訴。

四.告知嫌犯權利 Informing Suspects of Their Rights

1.你涉嫌-----罪。在接受偵訊時，你有以下的權利。

2.你有權保持沉默。You have the right to remain silent.

3.你不需要做任何違背自己意愿的陳述。
