Boys and girls,

Our school will have a meeting on the playground at

news for you!/There will be a talk tomor row./The sports

meeting will /It has been decided that we'll pay

a visit to…”，在通知結尾處常用句式“Plea be there on

time”并以“That's all. Thank you”作為客套完畢語。

3.書面通知常以布告形式張貼或寫在布告牌、黑板上，把事情

通知到有關人員等。為醒目起見，標題的每個字母可以用大寫(如

NOTICE)。一開頭需要交代說明何事(what)、何地(where)、何時

(when)、何人(who)。

4.在句式寫法上必須注意以下幾點：①盡可能用精煉的文字表

達明確的信息，多用簡單句或短句、單句，以防止繁雜;②通知往往

著重對活動內容、對象進展說明，多用被動語態，如“The class

meeting will be held…”(班會將舉行……)等等;③通知是要求下

級成員該做什么或注意什么，多用祈使句;④通知中所告的事情大部
