Jun had breached the capital of Chu. he felt sad and angry， and

his heart ached. he resolutely wrote his last poem ＂ Huai Sha＂，

threw stones into the Miluo river， and sacrificed himlf for the

country. People along the Yangtze river have led boats racing to

salvage， evoking spirits along the water， and throwing zongzi

into the river， lest fish and shrimp eat into his body. This custom

has lasted for more than 2000 years.
