元宵節(jié)農(nóng)歷正月十五。又稱上元節(jié)、元夜、燈節(jié)。相傳，

漢文帝(前179—前157年)為慶祝周勃于正月十五勘平諸呂之

亂，每逢此夜，必出宮游玩，與民同樂，在古代，夜同宵，正

月又稱元月，漢文帝就將正月十五定為元宵節(jié)，這一夜就叫元

宵。

吃“湯圓”是元宵節(jié)的一項(xiàng)重要習(xí)俗。湯圓，又名“湯

團(tuán)”、“元宵”。吃湯圓的風(fēng)俗始于宋代，生意人則美其名
