Should College Students Hire Cleaners?

In recent days, an issue that whether college students should hire

cleaners has drawn wide public attention and had a heated debate. People

hold different attitudes towards this controversial issue. From where I

stand, I firmly support the view that college students shouldn’t hire

cleaners.

In my view, there are three factors contributing to this attitude as

follows. To begin with, cleaning up our personal belongings is the most

basic living skills. Away from our parents, it is in university that we learn

to be independent adult. If we are always depend on others to take care of

us, how can we take on any responsibility when we step into society?

Furthermore,doing laundry is an opportunity to increa the

communication with our roommates. It won’t take much time. Converly,

it may help us to divert out attention away from studies and reduce our

pressure. In addition, their practice reflects their flippant attitude towards

money. As far as I am concerned, all of the caus they claimed are just

the excu for their laziness.

In summary, hiring a cleaner is definitely not a wi choice. College

students should learn to stand on their own feet and be more lf-reliant. .
