The Winter palace 北海公園

我們去過The Summer Palace 頤和園，這次帶大家去皇帝的The Winter Palace——北海公園去看看。

Beihai Park is located in the heart of Beijing，just beside

the Palace Muum. It is the oldest ancient imperial garden in

China.

最先開始建造北海公園的是遼代的皇帝。之后金、元、明、清5個朝代的皇帝們也都出了力，才建成了我們今天看到的樣子。Such a long story！

北海公園的布局非常有趣。它是按照傳說中的“一池三仙山”來布局建造的，這有什么說法呢？原來，傳說海外有三座仙山蓬萊、方丈、瀛洲。Some gods and fairies live in the

mountains. 皇帝們都想長生不死，于是就在自己家門口仿造了一個“神仙福地”。

There are many scenic spots in Beihai Park. 著名的景點有瓊華島、白塔、九龍壁。

瓊華島is the center of Beihai Park. 它是用挖湖的泥土堆積而成的。There are many trees on this island. Many pavilions

are there，too. On the center of the island is a high，white tower.

這就是著名的北海白塔。

In Chine tradition，the dragon is a lucky animal. Of

cour，the Chine dragon looks very different from the

western one. 在北海公園里有一道精美的九龍壁。There are

nine dragons on either side of the wall. 它們在驚濤駭浪中戲珠玩耍，就好像是真的一樣。

除了介紹的這三個景點，北海公園還有好多美麗的精致，像永安寺、閱古樓、畫舫齋、五龍亭什么的。如果你有機會來玩的話，你一定會越看越喜歡的！
