適應大學生活(To adapt to college life)

Freshman generally show can't adapt to the phenomenon of

college life，reason is Unpractical expectations make some

students disappointed in their college life. And regard at all for

the principles of collective life but to follow one 's own

inclination .however in a Chine family The only son or daughter

is the parents' and grandparents' apple of the eye. By the way of

life dependent on arrangements for parents，Difficult to live

independently, to handle everything on our own collective life ，

the Fresher's Inability to Ad just to College Life

My suggestion is that University life to understand what the

new changes will help students quickly adapt to college life. Not

as his children, all things, and in the collective life learned with

sincerity, mutual care, mutual support. Freshmen have to adjust

to college life

大一新生普遍表現出不適應大學生活的現象，原因是不切實際的

期望值使部份學生對大學生活感到失望，還有心目中沒有集體生活的

原則，只有自由放任.然而在中國家庭的獨生子女都是他們父母和祖父

母的掌上明珠，生活方式由依賴父母安排?難以獨立生活，轉為凡事要

靠自己處理的集體生活;新生就難以適應大學生活.

我的建議是了解大學生活有哪些新變化，將有助于學生較快地適

應大學生活.不在將自己當做是孩子，凡事自己親自動手，并且在集體

生活中懂得了以誠待人，相互關愛，相互扶持.大一學生必須適應大學

生活

如何適應大學生活(How to adapt to college life)

After entering college, we found, to our surpri, that

differences between high school life and college life are great. In

high school, we always depended on our parents and teachers to

solve all kinds of difficult problems. At college, however, we have

to rely exclusively on ourlves. What's more, we have to learn

how to get along with our classmates and roommates.

Four years at college is an important yet very short period of

time in our life. So it is always expected that we adapt to this life

as quickly as possible. But it is a pity that not everyone can do so

immediately. Here are some suggestions.

First, get familiar with the main buildings on the campus.

Spend one or two hours by yourlf or with your classmates to

go around the campus so that you can know the location of such

important places as the library, the dining room, the post office,

the clinic and classrooms. Next, try to be independent. Learn to

do such things as making sound decisions on how to spend your

time, how to spend your money etc, and washing clothes on your

own. Furthermore, form good study habits. Talk with your

classmates and learn from their good habits. Finally, try to take

part in all kinds of activities to get out of your solitude and get

on well with your classmates.

There are obvious differences between high school life and

college life. First,college students will live in the dormitory with

classmates who come from various places, and who may have

different living habits. Second,college teachers ,instead of

explaning in detail how to solve every problem, might only tell

different approaches to the problem, and leave students to study

and solve problems independently. Finally, in college,there is

more free time for students to spend on.

However how should the college freshman adapt himlf to

the differeces. First of all, he should learn to be tolerant and

consider more for others,which is necessary for group living.

Moreover he should take active part in collective activities and

make more communication with classmates and teachers. It will

help he be smoothly integrated with your new environment.

Besides,as to study,he should develop a good habit of lf-

teaching and learn to arrange study independently. Of cour,it

may take a freshman some while to become accustomed to the

study and life in college. However, we all have to accept constant

challenges of new things in our life. To conclude,college students

should try to adapt himlf to college life as soon as possible, so

as to take full advantages of their precious college time.
