【篇一】責任心 Responsibility

Responsibility is a valuable quality, most people lo it

when they cha for fame and reputation. Without

responsibility, there will be no trust between people, in

that ca, there is no way to build a harmonious society. On

my opinion, everyone should be responsible to themlves, at

the same time, they need to responsible to others, too.

責任是一種很可貴的品質，絕大部分人在追名逐利的過程中失去了責任感。沒有責任，人們之間就沒有信任，這樣一來，就沒有辦法建立一個和諧的社會。在我看來，每個人都應該對自己負責，同時，他們也需要對別人負責。

On the one hand, people should be responsible to themlves.

We need to take care of our own physical safety and emotional

wellbeing, in this way, we can make ourlves live happily.

Some people become frustrated when they meet tbacks, they

just give up themlves, hurting their bodies. This is very

irresponsible to themlves, one shall be good to himlf, so

he can take let others happy.

一方面，人們應該對自己負責。我們需要照顧好自己的人身安全和情感的健康，這樣一來，我們能夠讓自己活得快樂。一些人在遇到挫折后變得灰心喪氣，傷害自己的身體。這是對自己非常不負責任的，一個人應該對自己好點，這樣他就能讓其他人開心。

On the other hand, besides taking care of ourlves, we must

also learn how to show responsibility to others. There was a

news about a bus driver, he died of heart attack when he was

driving a bus, he let the bus stopped at the sidewalk and

then died. The bus driver shows us what is responsibility to

others, he saved many people’s lives. Our responsibility to

others helps us win people’s respect.

另外一方面，除了照顧好我們自己，我們也必須學著對別人負責人。有一則關于巴士司機的新聞，講的是他在開車的時候死于心臟病，他在死前把巴士停到了人行道上。這個巴士司機給我們展示了對別人的責任是什么，他挽救了很多人的生命。我們對別人的責任讓我們贏得了別人的尊重。

In conclusion, responsibility is of great importance, we

should not only be responsible to ourlves, but also to

others, we can create a harmonious world.

總的來說，責任很重要，我們不但僅要對自己負責，也要對別人負責，我們能夠創造一個和諧的世界。

【篇二】經商和道德 Business and Ethics

Most people learn from the TV ries that businessmen are

mean and immoral, they can do what they want in order to

achieve the biggest profit. In reality, some businessman

indeed cha for the possible profit at the cost of being

lack of ethics, while others believe that business ethics

helps further success. I agree with the latter.

絕大部分人從電視劇上了解到商人是自私和不道德的，他們為了達到的利潤，能夠不惜一切手段。在現實生活中，一些商人確實為了追求利潤，以道德的確實為代價，不過另外一些人相信商業道德能讓他們得到更大的成功。我同意后者。

Business ethics helps a company to keep long term cooperative

relationship with employees and customers. First, some boss

to get more incomes at the basis of reducing the employees’

wellbeing, it will cau the employees get dissatisfied with

the company and they come to job-hopping, then the company

need to recruit another new employees, retrain them again, it

will cost time and waste resources, the company can’t run

well during the unstable change. Second, if a company has a

good reputation, customers are willing to buy their products

and keep business with the company. On the contrary, no one

is willing to buy the company’s products which is immoral,

the product may be not in good quality, it will do harm to

people’s health.

商業道德能讓一個公司和員工以及顧客保持長期的合作關系。第一，一些老板為了賺更多錢，減少了員工的福利，這樣會引起員工對公司的不滿，員工會想要跳槽，這樣公司就要招聘新員工，重新培訓，很花時間和浪費資源，在變動期間，公司無法正常運作。第二，如果一個公司有聲望，顧客就會愿意買這個公司的產品，和它保持合作。相反的，沒有人愿意買一個不道德公司的產品，那些產品可能會質量不好，對人們的健康有害。

Today, the world is full of competition, if a company wants

to get win-win situation, the boss must have the n of

ethics, with it, the employees and customers will ensure the

company big profit.

今天，世界充滿了競爭，如果一個公司想要處于雙贏的狀態，老板就必須要有道德意識，只有這有，員工和顧客才能給他們帶來更大的利潤。

【篇三】相互理解的重要性 The Importance of Mutual

Understanding

The world is full of diversity, the people belong to

different culture, language and faith, they reprent

numerous tradition, custom and value, it is easier to

perceive that people are different than they are the similar.

So achieving mutual understanding is not just a matter of

importance, but also of necessity.

世界充滿了多樣性，人們來自不同的文化，語言和信仰，他們代表著不同的傳統，習俗和價值，相對于彼此間的相似性，我們很容易察覺到人們之間的差異性。所以達到互相理解不但重要，而且也很必要。

On the one hand, mutual understanding is the basis of

building friendships and relationships. Only the two sides of

people understand each other, can they put away the

difference and cooperate with each other. Difference exists

all the time, but sometimes people need to reach the

agreement, making things work efficiently, if each of them

understand each other and are willing to making agreement, it

will be good for them to keep the long-term cooperate

relationship.

在一方面，互相理解是建立友誼和各種關系的基礎。只有當兩方的人互相理解，他們才能把異議放到一邊，互相合作。異議一直都存有，但是有時候人們需要達成共識，提升辦事效率，如果他們能夠彼此理解，愿意達成共識，這有利于他們建立長期的合作關系。

On the other hand, mutual understanding can make people avoid

conflicts. It is impossible for people to agree with the

others all the time, they have different cultures, so they

will deal with things in different ways, maybe some will

against the other’s way. At this moment, we need to respect

people’s religion, never argue with them, just to avoid

conflicts.

另一方面，互相理解能夠讓人們避免沖突。人們之間不可能一直保持意見一致，他們有不同的文化，所以他們在處理事情方面會有不同的方式，也許一些人的做法和另一方相悖。在這個時候，我們需要尊重人們的信仰，不要和他們爭論，避免沖突。

In conclusion, we should share each other’s culture and

tradition, so we can come to mutual understand, making things

work better and create a harmonious world.

總的來說，我們應該分享彼此的文化和傳統，這樣我們才能夠互相理解，讓事情更好地進展，創造一個和諧的世界。
