一、冬季施工準備

5）測溫孔應設在有代表性的結構部位和溫度變化大易冷卻的部位。測溫儀應采取與外界氣溫隔離措施，并留在測溫孔內不少于3秒。

6、混凝土在運輸和澆筑過程中的溫度和覆蓋的保溫材料均應按照冬期施工規程要求進行熱加工計算。

三）砌筑工程

1、砌塊等砌體材料冬季不得浸水，表面不得含冰雪及其他污物。

2、砂漿采用熱水拌制，水溫不超過80℃，砂溫度不超過40℃。砂漿中摻加非氯鹽防凍劑以提高防凍性能。拌制時砂中不含有冰雪及泥塊等，攪拌用水同砼的用水要求。冬季攪拌砂漿的稠度比常溫時要適當增加。

3、冬季攪拌砂漿的時間適當延長，使用時溫度不低于5℃。

4、每日砌筑收工時將垂直灰縫填滿上面不鋪灰漿，并用草簾覆蓋于砌體表面。

四）冬期施工前需要根據工程進展情況編制詳細的冬期施工措施。

四、雨期施工措施

一）雨期期間的施工部署：

1、根據施工總體進度計劃編排及當前施工實際情況，進行雨期施工的主要分項工程有主體、室內外裝修工程。

2、本工程進行雨期施工時，以主體砼結構為主線，室內裝修施工可以后置，但在氣候及施工條件允許的情況下應盡量提前進行。當室內外裝修施工同時進行時，以室外施工為重點。

3、施工布置要遵循大雨停，小雨干，晴天搶的原則，晴天多搞室外，雨天多搞室內，盡量減少和縮短雨天露天作業。

二）雨期施工準備工作

1、現場運輸道路需要根據施工平面布置圖進行規劃和整修，保證表面不積水、不泥濘陷車、不滑?，F場次道路路面需要夯實并滿鋪一層石硝及石粉面，同時向兩側按2%進行自然找泛水。車輛駛出現場前需要用水沖洗干凈污泥后方可放行，此項工作由門衛負責執行。

2、現場排水需要做好排水設施的清理和維護，保證排水通暢。同時，需要根據雨期的實際情況進行排水的調整和優化，以保證施工的順利進行。

1、模板施工

模板的支撐體系必須加固穩妥，施工后要檢查扣件是否松動、支撐是否傾斜，并及時采取相應措施處理。拆除模板后要清理并刷油，堆放在木方子上架空，避免雨水污染。鋼模板堆放時板面朝上，竹膠板破損處及裁邊處涂刷油脂以防雨水浸入而降低其使用率。

砼砂、石料含水率由試驗員測定，根據砂、石含水率的變化，及時調整配合比。

正在施工時或剛澆完的砼面若遇下雨，則需用已準備好的塑料布覆蓋，雨期澆筑砼的施工縫由施工員根據現場情況按規范要求進行留設。

外懸挑砼結構不宜在雨天澆筑，因此在澆筑前要與市氣象部門取得聯系，了解天氣情況，盡量使澆筑時間避開大、中雨天氣。在酷暑高溫期，要加強砼的養護，確保砼的強度及其表面不因水分蒸發過快而產生干裂等質量問題。

2、屋面及防水工程

屋面防水在晴天盡量搶先施工，并安裝好雨水斗及落水管。屋面基層干燥后，方可做保溫層、找平層、防水層，尤其是防水層，若含水率達不到要求時不得施工。防水材料和保溫材料在運輸和貯存過程中要防止受潮和雨淋，有必要時，在晴天時應晾曬。

3、室內外裝修工程

室外裝修工程安排在晴天施工，注意天氣預報，及時調整施工安排。當室外施工因下雨不能進行時，安排室內施工，室

內外施工在一般情況下要求同時進行。室內裝修前應盡量將屋面防水施工完，否則要解決好屋面滲水問題，并將各種洞口、孔洞及時封閉嚴實。室外散水、臺階在雨期施工時可先做基礎，待條件允許再做面層，室內裝修施工的項目均要注意對其覆蓋保護，以防雨水沖刷。

4、雨期施工安全措施

加強雨期施工安全宣傳和教育工作，加大安全施工檢查力度，發現隱患，必須及時采取措施、安排人員、定時間解決，事后進行檢查。組建雨期施工安全小組，設專人管理雨期施工的防范及應急工作。機械、電氣設備要做好雨天防雨覆蓋，電閘箱內必須配置齊全，觸電保護完好有效，每天下班后，由專人負責對機電設備的巡檢工作。外腳手架與主體結構連接要牢固，安全防護用具齊全到位，風力超過6級及大雷雨天時，要停止一切室外施工。機械設備在雨天后要檢查，經試運轉確認安全可靠后方可進行工作。雨天后要及時對支模及其架體、內外腳手架進行安全檢查，及時緊固牢松動部位，上人爬梯及馬道要注意防滑。在雨天澆筑砼及操作機電設備時，操作人員必須穿膠鞋，手戴絕緣手套，嚴防觸電事故發生。
