2、良好的應變能力、市場策劃能力、創新能力。為更好的完成銷售目標,團隊領導者除了善干向總部要支持外,還應在固定的費用范圍內,通過研判音爭對手的促銷信息、政府或行業內的利好信息及其它有利干開發空白渠道、拓展銷售的相關信息,創新性的進行市場策劃,提出并采用有利干自身發展的對應方案。
3,優秀的溝通能力和組織協調能力。溝通能力是一個團隊領導者具有的基礎能力,溝通能力強者有利干對團隊成員進行組織協調,有利干與經銷商進行相關促銷方案和其它政策的溝通,也有利干和重要渠道客戶進行談判等等作用。而組織協調能力體現的則是領導者的平衡感,能根據團隊內各種性格類型的下屬,消除團隊內出現的消極和抱怨,進行工作內容或崗位安排上的組織協調。也能組織協調好各個經銷客戶,激勵他們向團隊整體目標進發。
4,良好的指導能力。優秀的團隊領導者會經常根據市場的變化
或其它工作需要,做好對下屬的指導工作,讓其能找到正確工作方向。最好是在下屬碰到工作上或者個人生活上的困難,且已經有所表現時,就應加以認直分析,并做好相應的溝通和指導,以讓他盡快走出低谷。
