《勞動(dòng)合同法》規(guī)定的其他事項(xiàng)。
Tho who are continuously abnt from work without leave or reasons for
more than 5 days(including 5 days).
自動(dòng)脫離工作崗位,無故不來上班連續(xù)曠工5天以上(含5天)者;
Tho who quit their jobs while do not go through the employee
resignation procedures.
離職而不到公司辦理手續(xù)者。

Each department is responsible for the preliminary audit and report about the matters relating to
employee turnover.
各部門負(fù)責(zé)員工離職事宜的初步審核及提報(bào)。
- HRM department is responsible for verifying the leaving procedures and filing.
人力資源部負(fù)責(zé)審核員工離職手續(xù)審核及存檔。
DGM and GM are responsible for signing the leaving procedures for approval.
副總經(jīng)理、總經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)離職手續(xù)的簽批。

5.1 Resignation Procedures 員工辭職手續(xù)
- The empolyees who are going to resign shall get FS-620-HRM-07 “Application For Resignation”
from HRM, after filling in the form, department manager and leader in charge signing for approval,
submit the application to HRM. HRM holds exit interview with the employees, confirms if the
employee is determined to leave, then submits to DGM and GM for approval and finally files.
Regular employees shall submit the resignation application 1 month in advance. (The signing date
by the topmost management in the department shall be taken as valid.)
員工辭職,須到人力資源部領(lǐng)取FS-620-HRM-07《員工離職申請表》填寫,提交部門負(fù)責(zé)人和上級分管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)簽批后交人力資源部,人力資源部經(jīng)過與員工面談,確定員工堅(jiān)決辭職后提交副總經(jīng)理和總經(jīng)理簽批,并存檔。正式員工辭職需提前一個(gè)月申請(以部門最高負(fù)責(zé)人簽批日期為準(zhǔn))。
- Tho employees who have been approved to resign shall get FS-620-HRM-08“Approval Form For
Resignation” and go through the procedures of work and materials handover with FIN and other
relevant departments.
經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)的離職的員工,到人力資源部領(lǐng)取FS-620-HRM-08《員工離職審批表》,到相關(guān)部門辦理工作交接和公司財(cái)務(wù)、資料等交接手續(xù)
- The empolyees shall sumit the approved FS-620-HRM-08“Approval Form For Resignation” to
HRM and HRM shall ttle the issues of salary and insurance for the resigning employees.
員工將簽批完的FS-620-HRM-08《員工離職審批表》交人力資源部,人力資源部為離職員工結(jié)算工資、保險(xiǎn)。
- The resigned employees shall get paid on the regular payment date relying on the FS-620-HRM-08“Approval Form For Resignation”.
離職員工的工資發(fā)放,按公司正常的工資發(fā)放日發(fā)放,離職員工憑借FS-620-HRM-08《員工離職審批表》到財(cái)務(wù)部領(lǐng)取工資。
- When supervisors or above posts, financial employees and key professional technical employees will
resign, they shall also get FS-620-HRM-09 “Handover List” from HRM, fill in the detailed
information, complete the handover procedures and copy the list in duplicate. One copy shall be
retained by the department, one copy shall be saved by the employee himlf, and the original one
shall be filed by HRM with FS-620-HRM-08“Approval Form For Resignation”.
主管級以上、財(cái)務(wù)人員及關(guān)鍵技術(shù)崗位員工離職,辦理離職手續(xù),還需到人力資源部領(lǐng)取FS-620-HRM-09《移交清冊》,按移交清冊內(nèi)容詳細(xì)填寫,辦妥移交手續(xù)后復(fù)印兩份,一份部門留存,一份離職人員保存,原件隨FS-620-HRM-07《員工離職審批表》交人力資源存檔。
5.2 Dismissal Procedures 員工辭退手續(xù)
- For the dismisd employees by the company, the HRM shall issue Dismissal Notice which shall be
nt to the department and the employee himlf after approved by the GM.
公司辭退的員工,人力資源部開具辭退通知,經(jīng)總經(jīng)理簽批后,發(fā)放至部門和個(gè)人。
- The employees shall get FS-620-HRM-08“Approval Form For Resignation” and go through the
procedures of work and materials handover with FIN and other relevant departments.
員工到人力資源部領(lǐng)取FS-620-HRM-08《員工離職審批表》,到相關(guān)部門辦理工作交接和公司財(cái)務(wù)、資料等交接手續(xù)。

The salary of dismisd employees shall be paid on the very day. -
辭退員工的工資即日發(fā)放。
5.3 Voluntary Withdrawal Procedures自動(dòng)離職手續(xù)
- For tho who are continuously abnt from work without leave or reasons for more than 5 days or
yearly accumulative total for 15 days, and do not correct by repeated education, or for tho who
quit their jobs while do not go through the employee resignation procedures, the department shall
apply for conducting voluntary withdrawal procedures.
對于連續(xù)曠工5天以上者或全年累計(jì)曠工達(dá)15天,經(jīng)教育屢不改正者,或離職不到公司辦理手續(xù)者,部門申請給予辦理自動(dòng)離職手續(xù)。
- Once such situations occur, each depatent shall notify HRM immediately, get and fill in the Approval
Form For Handling Disciplinary Violations (Abnteeism), after approved by department manager
and leader in charge, submit to HRM.
各部門發(fā)現(xiàn)此類情況,須立即通知人力資源部并領(lǐng)取FS-620-HRM-06《違紀(jì)(曠工)處理意見審批表》填寫,經(jīng)部門負(fù)責(zé)人及分管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)簽批意見后,交人力資源部。
- After reveiving the disposal opinions from other departments, HRM shall submit to DG for approval
after verification, issue rescission of the contract according to the disposal result and notify higher
authorities and Labor Bureau for the record.
人力資源部接到部門提交的處理意見后,經(jīng)核實(shí)無誤后,交公司總經(jīng)理簽批。并根據(jù)處理結(jié)果給予出具解除合同通知,交上級部門和勞動(dòng)局備案。
- Salary shall not be paid to the voluntary withdrawal employees, besides, the company shall rerve
the power for compensation. If illegal circumstances occur, the employees shall be delivered to
public curity organ for handling
自動(dòng)離職者,公司不給發(fā)放工資,并保留追究對方賠償?shù)臋?quán)力,如有違法情節(jié),交送公安機(jī)關(guān)處理。
5.4 Handover Regulations 工作移交規(guī)定
- Work handover: The stored and held files, technical datas, stamps, e-record, business information
and unfinished issues in the original post shall be listed in the Handover List.
工作移交:原職務(wù)上保管及持有的文件、技術(shù)資料、印章、電子檔案、商務(wù)信息、未完待續(xù)工作事項(xiàng)等均應(yīng)列入《移交清冊》。

Work handover shall be completed one week before resignation.
移交工作一般在離職前一周內(nèi)辦理完畢
When the employees are leaving, the direct supervisor shall appoint replacement, and the
supervisory officer shall be the department manager. The Handover List shall be signed by the
resigned employee, the replacement and the supervisory officer at the same time and in triplicate.
離職人員離職時(shí),應(yīng)由直屬主管指定接替人接收,監(jiān)交人為部門主管。移交清冊必須由交接人、接替人、監(jiān)交人同時(shí)簽字,一式三份。
- The Handover List filled by the resigned employee shall be strictly examined by the direct supervisor
and the inconsistent points shall be corrected in time. If the belongings, materials or external fines
are found still outstanding, the department manager shall be responsible for claiming the debts.
離職人員所列FS-620-HRM-09《移交清冊》須由直屬主管詳加審查,不合之處及時(shí)更正,如員工正式離職后,再發(fā)現(xiàn)財(cái)物、資料或?qū)ν饪铐?xiàng)有虧欠未清的,由部門主管負(fù)責(zé)追討。
