安全問題 Safety Issue

When I walk on the street, I found most people don’t obey

the traffic rules, they just ignore the rules, when there are a lot of

people go across the street, they just follow them. It is so

dangerous, the accident is very easy to happen, the car will hit

the people any time. For the safety, we should obey the traffic

rules.

當(dāng)我走在街上的時候，我發(fā)現(xiàn)很多人不遵守交通規(guī)則，他們忽視規(guī)則，當(dāng)很多人過馬路的時候，他們跟著人群。這是很危險的，很容易發(fā)生意外，車子會隨時撞到人。出于安全問題，我們應(yīng)該遵守交通規(guī)則。

Traffic Safety(交通安全)

Traffic safety is everybody's business. Records show that

every year a lot of people die in traffic accidents. Some of the

accidents are due to mechanical problems. However, most of

them are the results of careless and reckless driving, and could

be avoided. A lot of people disregard traffic signals and rules.

They drive regardless of speed limits, run through red lights, drive

in the wrong direction, talk and laugh while driving, and turn as

they wish without giving signals. They don't slow down while

approaching crossroads. So many people violate traffic

regulations that we cannot put too much emphasis on the

importance of traffic safety. Only when everybody thinks traffic

safety is everybody's business can we be safe driving on roads

and walking on sidewalks.

交通安全人人有責(zé)。紀(jì)錄顯示每年有許多人死于車禍。有些車禍?zhǔn)怯捎跈C(jī)械問題。然而大部分車禍都是疏忽而鹵莽駕駛的結(jié)果，并且可以避免的。許多人無視于交通號志和規(guī)則。他們駕駛時不管車速、闖紅燈、逆向行駛、開車時交談，并且不打燈號就任意轉(zhuǎn)彎。他們接近十字路口時不減速。如此多的人違犯交通規(guī)則以致于我們再怎么樣強(qiáng)調(diào)交通安全的重要性也不為過。唯有當(dāng)每個人皆認(rèn)為交通安全是眾人的事時，我們在路上開車、在行人道上走路才安全

遵守交通規(guī)則Obeying the Traffic Laws

I am often very afraid to cross-large wide streets. I always go

to the traffic light and u the crosswalk, but many times I have

been frightened. When the light changes to green I still need to

look both directions to check the traffic. On many occasions a

speeding motorcycle or bicycle or once a truck drove past the red

light and across the pedestrian's path. When I have my bicycle, I

get off and walk across the street, but always someone cross

the red light. Once at the interction near the shopping mall I

saw an accident: a taxi had stopped for the light, and another

truck came from behind and did not stop. For safety, it is very

important for everyone to obey the traffic laws.

橫過大寬馬路時，我常會害怕。我總是看著信號燈，走人行橫道。僅管這樣，我還是被嚇著了幾次。當(dāng)信號燈換成綠燈時，我還是要朝兩邊看一下。很多時候，超速行駛的摩托車或自行車甚至是卡車，都闖紅燈穿過人行橫道。當(dāng)我騎車時,我就會下來,推著車子步行過馬路,

但總有人闖紅燈。一次，在靠近購物廣場的那個十字路口，我見到了一起交通事故：一輛出租車停在那兒等紅燈，但是它后面的卡車沒停。所以，從安全計，每個人都遵守交通規(guī)則是很重要的。

嚴(yán)禁酒后駕車Drinking, No Driving

This year, the most stringent traffic rules are carried out, in

order to reduce traffic accidents and improve citizens’ safety

and property. One of them is strictly prohibited to drunk driving.

I think it’s reasonable to this issue, no matter how strict the

traffic rule is. Drinking reduce people’s nsibility that people

can’t react immediately when the unexpected situation occurs,

due to the anesthetic effects of alcohol. Besides, people will be

tire easily after drinking, which is desperately dangerous to

driving. In addition, people are usually excited after drinking.

With stimulation of alcohol, people sometimes overestimate

their own and try to do something dangerous despite of the

advice of the people around them. In my opinion, it is necessary

to ban on drinking while driving, for the sake of safety.

今年，為了減少交通事故，保證人民的人身和財產(chǎn)安全，我國開始執(zhí)行史上最為嚴(yán)厲的新交規(guī)。其中一條就是嚴(yán)禁酒后駕車。對于酒駕這個問題，我認(rèn)為不管多嚴(yán)格的規(guī)定都是合理的。由于酒精的作用，喝酒會使人的反應(yīng)能力降低，無法快速應(yīng)對意外事件。此外，喝酒后人很容易感到疲勞，這對開車來說是很危險的事情。再者，喝酒也會使人產(chǎn)生興奮的感覺。在酒精的作用下，人有的時候會高估自己，因而會不顧旁人勸告而做出一些危險的舉動。在我看來，為了所有人的安全著想，嚴(yán)禁酒后駕車是十分必要的。
