著船趕來打撈屈原，還把粽子扔到江里喂魚，希望魚兒不要傷害屈原

的身體。這就是五月端陽包粽子的來歷。

而賽龍舟是楚人因為舍不得賢臣屈原死去，于是有許多人劃船追

趕拯救。他們爭先恐后，追至洞庭湖時不見蹤跡，是為龍舟競渡之起

源，后每年五月五日劃龍舟以紀念之。而粽子則是百姓不忍心忠臣被

魚蝦吃食，故而將米飯等食品做成粽子投入江中，以求保屈原全尸。

小孩還要掛香囊的。端午節小孩佩香囊，不但有避邪驅瘟之意，

而且有襟頭點綴之風。香囊內有朱砂、雄黃、香藥，外包以絲布，清

香四溢，再以五色絲線弦扣成索，作各種不同形狀，結成一串，形形
