全屋定制家居整裝設(shè)計(jì)師工資薪酬考核管理方案
家居定制整裝櫥柜和衣柜是現(xiàn)代家居的重要組成部分。為了規(guī)范設(shè)計(jì)組人員的薪酬和考核管理,提高員工的工作積極性,特制定了本方案。
本方案適用于分公司櫥柜和衣柜設(shè)計(jì)組人員。主要內(nèi)容包括櫥柜和衣柜設(shè)計(jì)組人員的待遇核算辦法、月收入構(gòu)成、提成和考核系數(shù)。
月薪由底薪和提成構(gòu)成。底薪根據(jù)不同崗位設(shè)置,包括設(shè)計(jì)組主管、中級設(shè)計(jì)師和設(shè)計(jì)師。助理學(xué)徒在研究3-6個月后,經(jīng)過考核合格后,可以升任為正式設(shè)計(jì)師,薪酬待遇按照正式設(shè)計(jì)師的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行提成。

這份方案旨在為設(shè)計(jì)組人員提供明確的薪酬待遇和考核管理規(guī)范,激勵員工工作積極性,提高企業(yè)的整體效益。

that do not result in backlog。1 point is cted each time。If the
customer is dissatisfied。1 point is cted each time。and if the
complaint is not handled in a timely manner。1 point is cted each
time。If there is a complaint due to design reasons (including
being late or abnt for a meeting with the customer)。2 points are
cted each time。If the customer prais or is very satisfied。2
points are added each time.
Accuracy and timeliness (accuracy of drawings。lists。XXX):
XXX。resulting in a n of 2 points for each instance of
backlog and 3 points for each return order。On the other hand。XXX departmental n adds 2 points each time.
行政部的工作制度包括以下幾點(diǎn):
首先,設(shè)計(jì)總監(jiān)負(fù)責(zé)部門團(tuán)隊(duì)的管理、人員培訓(xùn)、協(xié)調(diào)工作等。他需要培訓(xùn)、指導(dǎo)設(shè)計(jì)師和學(xué)徒的工作,并審核復(fù)尺、審單、檢查督導(dǎo)、質(zhì)量把控。同時,他還需要對部門整體績效和服務(wù)質(zhì)量負(fù)責(zé)。
其次,設(shè)計(jì)總監(jiān)需要指導(dǎo)設(shè)計(jì)師和學(xué)徒操作合同單。他需要監(jiān)督、跟進(jìn)、完成合同單現(xiàn)場尺寸初測、出圖、與客戶洽談、溝通合同單的相關(guān)問題。對于不能獨(dú)立完成合同單復(fù)測工作的設(shè)計(jì)員,合同單的復(fù)測、制圖必須在設(shè)計(jì)總監(jiān)的指導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行。設(shè)計(jì)師完成制圖后需要交給設(shè)計(jì)總監(jiān)終審,該合同由設(shè)計(jì)總監(jiān)主簽、設(shè)計(jì)師副署簽名。
此外,設(shè)計(jì)師需要承擔(dān)獎罰賠償責(zé)任。如果設(shè)計(jì)師出錯造成經(jīng)濟(jì)損失,設(shè)計(jì)師部門需要承擔(dān)60%責(zé)任賠償,商場需要承擔(dān)40%責(zé)任賠償。需要注意的是,出錯判斷及損失以XXX總部核定為準(zhǔn)。
最后,還有一些相關(guān)規(guī)定需要注意。首先,導(dǎo)購人員為計(jì)件工資崗位,請假按缺勤天數(shù)扣除底薪,提成不扣除。其次,如試用人當(dāng)月出勤不滿,按出勤比例計(jì)發(fā)。再次,如遇離職人員,所有提成核算數(shù)據(jù)按截止到離職日。最后,如遇店面裝修,店面員工底薪正常核算計(jì)發(fā)。
