1、落實責任。電影院的法人必須認真履行法律、法規賦予的對本行業及經

營場所的安全、消防責任。成立以法定代表人為主要成員的安全生產領導小組，

建立安全生產責任制度，積極做好安全生產的宣傳教育工作，認真履行“一把手”

抓安全生產的責任。

2、認真貫徹落實《安全生產法》等有關法律法規，將安全生產責任具體落

實到每一個崗位、每一個人；對重點部位要重點防范，專業技術人員必須持證上

崗，重點崗位人員必須熟練掌握操作規程；對危險物品、可疑人員及現象要有安

全監控和檢查措施。

3、嚴格按照《消防法》等法律法規和消防技術規范要求，對本單位進行自

查自改，各類消防設施和其他硬件設施必須規范、有效，各種消防安全疏散系統

必須保持暢通。對存在的各類火災隱患進行認真的排查、整改，做到每天重點檢

查和平時

全面檢查相結合并形成制度。

4、電影院的法定代表人是企業遵紀守法和安全生產的第一責任人，要認真

組織本企業全體職工切實履行上述責任，做到責任到崗、責任到人，狠抓落實，

如有違反將依法承擔責任。對企業員工每年組織不少于兩次安全生產培訓和消防

應急演練，及時向主管部門上報安全信息。

5、企業場所內各種安全標識清楚、齊全，并在醒目位置放置消防設施設備。

此責任書一式兩份。由電影院及其法定代表人簽字蓋章后，企業自留一份，

鎮政府存檔一份。
