Depression（抑郁癥）in young adult males, ages 18 or 19, is linked to a 20% greater risk of having a heart

attack in middle age, according to a new Swedish study.

The link can be partly explained by poorer stress resilience（抗壓能力）and lower physical fitness among

teens with mental disorders.

Slowing down was the last thing on Elaine Schaefer's mind when she turned 70 last year. She'd enjoyed an

Is homeschooling good or bad? That is a question that many parents ask themlves. In my opinion,

homeschooled kids can give reliable answers.

Kayla Murray, who lives inGreensboroNorth Carolina, started homeschooling almost eight years ago, after

attending two local schools. “Homeschooling is school at home,” like the name says, but it’s not just that/ she says.

Having experienced learning at both school and home, Kayla says that she prefers the latter. “With

More than athird of young people in the UK say they have read more during the coronavirus
