公司名稱翻譯成英文的規則

一般，國內大多數公司的翻譯如下： 中文名稱：洛陽

東周陶瓷 英文名稱：Luoyang Dongzhou Ceramics Co.,

Ltd. Luoyang Dongzhou Ceramics Ltd. Luoyang

Dongzhou Ceramics Limited 以上這三種譯法屬英系譯

法， 另外還有一個譯法，也就是美系譯法，即美國的英文寫

法，上面的中文公司名稱就寫成Luoyang Dongzhou Ceramics

Inc. 大家如果上過yahoo或ebay的網站，就會發現網站

的下面公司名稱為：Yahoo! Inc. 和eBay Inc. 沃爾瑪的

公司名稱為Wal-mart Stores, Inc. 當然還有很多公司直

接寫Corporation或Company，如微軟公司為Microsoft

Corporation，可口可樂為The Coca-cola Company。 但

用的最多覺得還是Ltd./Limited/Inc。 如何翻譯公司名
