摘 要: 以多孔支架材料的設計出發,采用化學共沉淀法制備了納米羥基磷灰石粉末,并通過添加造孔劑工藝,于800 ℃燒結處理4 h后經過水洗處理除去造孔劑,再于1 250 ℃高溫處理3 h,得到不同含量比的多孔羥基磷灰石生物陶瓷。通過一系列性能表征包括孔洞結構、物相組成、力學性能以及孔隙率測試等,研究多孔羥基磷灰石陶瓷性能。

Preparation and Properties of Porous Hydroxyapatite Ceramics

Abstract: From the perspective of porous scaffolds materials design, nano-sized hydroxyapatite (HA) powders were synthesized by chemical co-precipitation method. Porous HA ceramics with different HA contents were prepared by using pore forming agent with the process of water washing after the sintering treatment at 800 oC for 4 h and 1 250 oC for 3 h. Properties of the porous HA ceramics were studied by characterizing pore structures, pha composition, mechanical strength and porosity testing.
