英式、美式英語的日期表達差異

在英式英語中，日期在前月份在后，即順序為日月年，但在美式英語中，則月份在前

日期在后，即順序為月日年。這一點必須注意，否則會發生錯誤。例如我們寫10-7-86或

10/7/86，在英式英語中是July 10th 1986,而在美式英語中，則為October 7th 1986.我

八十年代 eighties指的是1980-1989，可寫為1980's，另外1980-1985可寫
