宮保雞丁 Kung Pao
Chicken dices
主料:雞脯肉400克,黃瓜100克,熟花生100克
Main ingredients:400
grams Chicken breast,
100 grams Cucumber,100
grams cooked peanuts
輔料: 蔥,花椒
Accessories:Onion,
Chine red pepper
調料:糖,水淀粉,鹽,料酒,生抽,醋 Seasonings:Sugar ,
water starch,Salt,

sauce , vinegar
制作步驟
Production steps
1. 雞胸肉切丁,放生抽、鹽、料酒碼味,用水淀粉拌勻

water starch well .2. 黃瓜切丁、蔥要切成小段,干辣椒剪去兩頭,去除辣椒籽

.3. 在小碗中調入醬油、醋、鹽、白砂糖和料酒,混合均勻制成調味料汁
. 3. mix soy sauce ,

.4. 鍋中留底油,燒熱后將花椒和干辣椒放入,用小火煸炸出香味,隨后放入大蔥段
